IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Please note that you must submit payments for Elgin Gym membership within 48 hours of your renewal date or you may not be granted access!
- Partial payments for access to the Elgin Gym will not give you access
- Online Payment will not be accepted for the Bastrop Gym
- Please allow up to 3 business days to process checks for gym membership

Monthly Reoccurring Elgin Gym Membership at $35 per month
(Please note that your account will be charged $35 each month until you cancel the membership. No Refunds!)
Monthly Reoccurring Elgin Gym Personal Training Membership at $25 per month
(Please note that your account will be charged $25 each month until you cancel the membership. You must have Already Paid for your personal training to receive this rate. No Refunds!)

**Important Note On Financing for Personal Training** Financing available in three installment payments. The first installment of 25% percent of the package rate is due before any sessions begin. The second installment (covering 50% of the package rate) will be due on or before 30 days from the beginning of the Agreement. The final installment will be due on or before 45 days from the beginning of the agreement.
