Personal Fitness and Training Programs

  • 5-Week Personal Fitness Program in which you'll work one on one with a personal trainer 1, 2, or 3 times a week depending upon your goals and time available to exercise. This program is for individuals who are looking to begin the process of reshaping their bodies and loosing weight.
  • 10-Week Personal Fitness Program in which you'll work one on one with a personal trainer 1, 2, or 3 times a week depending upon your goals and time available to exercise. This program is only for people who are serious about their goals and are ready to reshape their body, increase their strength, and eliminate that unwanted body fat!
  • 12-Week "Wedding Workout" Personal Fitness Program. Participants work with their trainer twice a week—no excuses—for a total of 24 sessions. Upon registering, you are required to commit to two days and times each week for a consecutive 12-week period.
